Yeah but you live here. Nearly everything here is geared for people who live here/they all stick together. Like flatmates and whatever, which is fair enough obviously, I mean why not? But annoying for someone like me; an outsider :rolleyes:

I have friends who commute to this uni from places one and a half hours away, they've managed to fit in well...maybe you just haven't found the right group yet? Isn't there anyone in your classes you like hanging out with? :dontknow:

Tell a lie, I've come to be indifferent about it. I used to absolutely hate it; nobody really spoke to me and eachd ay was just...hellish. That's not to say it wasn't my fault they didn't speak to me, but all the same, it wasn't nice. This year, I made friends with someone 'uber cool' who had as rough a time as me, and it's made it a little more bearable. Strangely, the people seem a little warmer too. I'm still not 100% on it though.

Just keep plugging away at it really, it'll turn out fine in the end!

Nah, I've kinda had an argument with my friend (the one who I'm always with), so I can't go to hers. And loadsa my friends moved away, and the ones that haven't are doing stuff or whatever. So right now it looks like I'm spending Fri night in...
Hence, I fail at uni life :frown:
Aw shame :hugs: Do come down to Drapers if it makes you feel better, if you've got people you can go with...

Or you could just hang with me and the rest of the QM Persian Crew :p:
