Well Student finance have reached new levels of ineptitude, they've now sent me a letter saying I have been given the tutition fee loan (yay! not gonna get kicked off the course after 2 weeks) but still havn't sorted out my maintenance grant/loan and still list me as 'non income assessed'.

I give up on these guys.
