I forget to mention most of us got sent a tutition fees invoice aswell, not that it mattered to many of us.

As for the 19th, thats the moving in day for most of the halls I believe, certainly for Pooley.

i'm going to QM on monday just to have a look and stuff :biggrin:

will it be really quiet since term hasn't started?...also, science people, which are the most common building u use....hopefully i'll have a look at those places while i'm there

In my first year I have to say I was in Joseph Priestley the most, as my labs and my adviser were there and I liked the computer labs there. In terms of lectures iirc most of mine were in Mason LT in Francis Bancroft (don't think you can get in without an ID card if there's security, unless you go in via the geography building). :ninja:

Oh and you should see Foggs too, as that would be the place you would run to when you have to post coursework before the 4pm deadline. :p:

Yup, that little Geography shortcut, not that many people know about it. Or, if you have someone with a swipecard, you can usually go in the back entrance with them. I like walking across that bridge mind.

I've been locked in the Physics building for that very reason. Bastards!

15+ hours a week I think, that's what is classified as full time education according to this Oyster card form I've got here.
