It's the 23rd, and my loan hasn't come through :thumbsdown:

I also got stalked by THE most irritatingly "typical" Politics student ever earlier, all I did was ask him where the induction was supposed to be (nobody I asked seemed to know) and then he insisted on chasing me around campus for about an hour and a half bleating on about how short he is and Marxism and how he could "sense the cynicism and bitterness!!11" in my voice when I was talking about my extremely dodgy walk up White Horse Lane every time I need to get to and from uni and he would not...stop...talking. FML.

Were you there for that computer dude doing the introduction to the computing system? he was so funny for all the wrong reasons, like everything he did was wrong and all the jokes he was telling were so appallingly nerdy.

Luckily I didn't bump into anyone weird, met quite a few cool people.

Haha, YES. He made my day. I also quite enjoyed the use of the descriptive animal pictures for the welcome speech.

i joined st john ambulance and amnesty international :gah:

what freebies did u guys get... ooh and where from, because ima go search for them tomorrow :teeth:

so far i got a wooden spoon, some cigarette roll up thingummajiggys, pads of note paper, a trillion and one pens umm can't think of anything else ooh an oyster card holder

I missed Freshers today due to induction, I hope they still have some decent freebies tomorrow! Myself and a flatmate are thinking of joining the Afro-Carribean society, being pasty white guys it seems like our natural society.
