I can't remember his name but it definitely wasn't Jonty, although whoever "Jonty" is sounds like he'd be bloody irritating on account of his name alone.

I got chased around campus by a socialist last year who made remarks about being short and talked crap about how unfair it was that he got kicked from QMSU because NOBODY paid subs for that society last year - I ended up giving him my mobile number and agreeing to be his chairperson...then ignoring all his calls :cool:

Hey guys, sorry to be disturbing you here.

Im a poetential Economics student for 2010, I've been looking at a few Universities and since I live in London, Queen Mary seems sensible to look at.

However, there is one problem, I can't make the open day, I have contacted the Department and they have said that I'm more than welcome to talk to them I think on Tuesdays or thursdays, anyhow, I was wondering if anyone was available to give me a quick tour of the Campus, area around the campus (mile end) etc

What exactly is it that you'd like to see? The problem is outside of open days a fair few buildings won't let you in without ID unless you sneak in.
