Random question here, when your department asks you to double space something does that mean double space between the words or double space between lines? because I double spaced between words on my last essay but a friend of mine said it meant double space between lines. Oops :s-smilie:

Check what they want double spaced too. For me, long quotes over 50 lines shouldn't be double spaced, because they are seperated from the main text and indented.

There's a function on word to do it for you so you don't need to keep on hitting the return button :smile:

Just makes it easier for the lecturere to read and make notes.

Anyone doing Making History know if it really matters whether we get the assignments in late, the handbook doesn't mention any penalties and as it's a zero weighted course I wonder if it really matters? because I'm thinking of just blitzing the work I missed out on when I didn't have a seminar but if they're just going to wreck it's mark, I might aswell just not do it and resign myself to retaking it next year.
