Do I have to submit all my UCAS applications at once?

Some of my courses require their application to be sent off by October 15th 2021 but I have 1 or 2 courses which are not due by then but instead January 2022. Do all my applications therefore have to be sent off by October or can I send my non-October applications at a later date?

You can add choices at a later date. You’ll need to contact UCAS first if you only previously paid the single app fee.

What do you mean 'some of my courses'? Oxbridge, med, vet etc ??

You can add choices later https://www.ucas.com/undergraduate/applying-university/ucas-undergraduate-when-apply

So would I be able to send those applications off by October 15th then send the rest (non Oxbridge, non Med) after that?

Yep  But you have to remember you can't change your application after that, so you can't change your personal statement or anything if you add a choice later.
But it's still worth it if you're unsure about your choices, gives you more time to think about it

I'm thinking of applying for vet med but barely any unis offer this course and I'd probably also wanna apply for other courses as well. Could I apply for, say, two vet med courses in October and then decide on my other courses (maybe biochemistry or biomedical sciences etc.) at a later date? Also is the list of courses on the UCAS actually extensive because I'm sure I found a few vet courses at certain unis which weren't on the UCAS website, but maybe I just missed them?
