It seems quite fun and I want to meet people my age and hang out with them, so it seems like a good idea. I'm turning 17 in the UK so would it be a good idea? It seems like more of an American thing from what I've googled so I haven't found out much about UK camp jobs.

Anyone with experience know anything about what it's like? Is it fun? How did it go for you?

I've personally never worked at a camp, but if your interested in doing that, go for it!

Might have been fun in the 90's maybe... I get the impression such things are buried in paperwork and regulation now, carries a bit of stigma for men too depending who you ask.
