What's the worst physical pain you've ever experienced?

I experience “the worst pain” every month, and painkillers do nothing for it.
I had an ingrown toenail... If you've ever had an ingrown toenail, you know how tender the flesh near the nail is. Its so painful to the slightest touch.
Childbirth 😳😅

Wow, that sounds terrible.

If you don't mind me asking in Ramadan fasting you can't eat or drink, right?

yep! from sunrise until sunset. no food, drink, gum, none of it.
Gotta be that stomach ache at 4 am 😂
Gastroenteritis was pretty vile pain :s-smilie:
the dentist yanked my tooth out
appendicitis, added to my male teacher asking if it was my period. a 40ºC fever with uncontrollable shaking when any movement hurt. i also broke my wrist and had to ski down a mountain to get to the hospital, though appendicitis takes the biscuit.

How is it even possible to survive 30 days without a drink?

no, we eat and drink between sunset and sunrise, and then once the sun starts to rise (what we call the Fajr/dawn prayer, the first prayer out of five of the day) we don’t eat or drink until the sun sets, during the Magrib or sunset prayer, which is when we break our fast.

30 days without a drink is impossible, we’d die within three days

It’s a common misconception, you’re not the only one

you’re very welcome
Thankfully i don't remember significant painful moments, so it must not have been that bad.
