I really want to go down to 55kg ( my original weight before Covid )
I have tried calorie defects and even some diets such as keto but they’re not even working
Any tips sill be useful
Use an online calculator to find out what calorie deficit you should be in, and achieve that by exercise and what you eat.
Don't go for fad diets, skipping meals or cutting out whole food groups. Do reduce intake of overly-processed foods and sugary snacks and drinks, though allow yourself the occasional treat. Make your own meals, then you know what is going into them. Stay hydrated.
