Hello, I was just wondering if anyone had any advice for searching/picking accommodation for a placement year in London.

My placement starts at the end of September so I would only be looking to move halfway through September and it in North London about 25 mins on the tube from central London.

I am wondering when is the best time to start looking and choose somewhere (I know things move fast in London)? Does anyone have any experiences in private student halls (e.g. Unite) or trying to find roommates (e.g. on spare room)? Also, does anyone have any recommendations on where else to look apart from those two?

Thank you!

When I was looking for places to live I found Universal Student Living really helpful! Not too pricey for London standards either hope this helps x
