I'm soo scared for my UCAS exams
I've finished revising for all of my subjects and I've been doing past papers to consolidate but I'm still scared cos if I mess these exams I might need to change my course. I need to get an AA in chem and maths and a B in psychology
Any tips to feel less nervous and scared for the exams

Are these exams at the end of Y12 that will be used as part of the evidence to decide your predictions for UCAS?

If your panicky nervous I recommend the app iBreathe, which counts 4 seconds breathing in, 7 holding the breathe and 8 breathing out. Also, the night before an exam I always do this exam meditation to try and think more positively about the exam

Maybe try journalling to record and help to let go of your worries

Maybe try bullet pointing everything you’re worried may happen to prevent worries from bottling up inside. Once the exam is done you could look back on the list to realise that there was no need to worry about some of the points, which may help reduce nerves for future exams
