I have ADHD AXIENTY AND PTSD. I applyed for a EHCP in 2019, the school lost my application and wouldn't refer me again.

Does anyone know how I wont apply for this, I've missed all my secondary education with only doing yr11yr12 going into yr 13.
My school supplies no support and is awful and I'm stuck with no support.

You can apply for one without the school, altho school information is useful. Your LA's local offer website should have info on how to apply and you could contact SENDIASS (SEND independent advice and support service) for help

An EHCP isn't a qualification. It is about identifying the support you need in school, potentially getting access to a special school if you need it and is also needed for some apprenticeships but not sure on the details of those.
