Hi, A bit worried that my application might have gone astray or something :-( I applied to Student Finance on 1st March. All my supporting people completed their part by 5th March.

I made a mistake thinking that I was a continuing student (I am but a different course), so I received an e-mail on 12th April stating to send the evidence in) I duly did this and received the paperwork back in the post. However, there have been no updates since 12th April.

So it's now been roughly 8 weeks, and a bit worried that I hadn't heard anything at all yet? Is this usual for a continuing student just on a different course?

Any info would be much appreciated

If you're starting a new course then you need to apply as a new student not a continuing student.

Call SFE or dm them during working hours on facebook or twitter so someone can actually look at your account and see what's going on.
