Hi
what exactly is a condoned pass and which subjects award them?
I passed 2/3 modules in my first semester but I was was awarded 39% in my last module so I would need to retake it in the summer. What is the likelihood that I would be awarded a condoned pass as I only failed by 1% I am in my first year.

See https://www.westminster.ac.uk/curren...ic-regulations
Section 17 Framework for Undergraduate Courses (PDF)
search that doc for the word "condone".

By the looks of it, condonement is only allowed at levels 3 and 4. Level 4 is (I believe, but you should check) first-year undergraduate level.
