Is the first lockdown still effecting people?

I feel immensely different from what I did last year. I feel more introverted, shy and less likely to speak out in a large crowd. I also have become to prefer to be round a small set of people and overly more reserved. My school ethic has also been affected, with little to no motivation to achieve anything and my only excitement from the school day is seeing my friends or leaving. Lockdown has greatly impacted my mental and physical health and I wondering if anyone else still feels affected, and if I will ever feel 'normal' again.
