Claustrophobia.
I did a scuba diving course and in the deep end of the pool I had a massive panic attack and thought I was going to die. I felt so trapped with no way out just completely surrounded by water. It was awful. Needless to say, I didn't finish the course.

Also, people in clown makeup freaks me out.

Spiders. I'd say that thats pretty much it, I think it's the way they walk that really frightens me, or the fact that you know, THEYRE JUST CREEPY.

Most spiders and moths that aren't tiny - it's their rapid insectile (insectoid?) movements.
Also possibly the open ocean, but that's not been tested :P the idea of being IN the open ocean, as in swimming in it - that makes me feel anxious. I think it's the sense of being totally and utterly exposed to anything that could come at you from below, with no way of getting away from whatever it is

Yeah, exploding bees. All you hear is a buzz, then a boom.

I do get pretty bad vertigo when looking down from heights, makes me dizzy, etc. Hasn't stopped me rock climbing or having fun though.

No.
Although I do come close to phobia levels at the thought of being surrounded by vomit, blood or excreta.
Not keen on being near hospitals or sewage processing/disposal facilities.
