Basically im not sure if i should no longer continue to chase after my crush or not.

He seems like a player, his friends whom idek always smirk and literally make it very obvious when im walking by and he is with them , i never made it obvious i like him.
However he never ever approaches me. I approached him sometime a while ago and after that he found it so hard to talk or approach. I stopped talking as i realised i always had to initiate first for a few months and he never ever initiated first.
He isnt a nervous guy he confidently talks to so many girls. Im just so confused

At this rate what would you do? Should i ignore him and move on?
