I guess it depends what's causing the headache. If you're worried or concerned about your headache, please seek medical help. TSR cannot provide medical advice, so we can't say yes or no as it depends on too many factors.

Usually no, if there are no serious underlying health problems then sleeping can only help a tension headache for example since you need to rest.

No.. Go straight towards the bed and have a sleep.. The next morning when you wake up, I am sure you will feel good again

Not if it’s just a headache no. If you had a tumour or some other issue that was a problem then I would expect that to cause headaches frequently enough that you would get that checked otherwise your headache isn’t something already concerning you.

Have you been having problems with headaches or is this a rare one?

Depends on the headache. If this is a persistent issue that hasn't gone away then you really should get checked by your GP. We simply don't know here.

Personally I take strong painkillers when that happens, but you should check with the pharmacist and doctor on what works for you.
