yo deos anyone know what is meant by QCF level qualifications up to Level 3. The job I'm applying too says it offers that but what is it ?

QCF qualification courses provide confidence and assurance for professionals seeking nationally recognised training qualifications. Also known as the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF), QCF qualification courses are available on a variety of topics and at a wide range of levels.


Is Qcf a Recognised qualification.....
The Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) is a new credit transfer system which has replaced the National Qualification Framework (NQF). It recognises qualifications and units by awarding credits. ... The QCF is jointly regulated by the England's regulator Ofqual, Wales' DCELLS and Northern Ireland's CCEA

QCF - Qualifications and Credit Framework courses are vocational (work-related). They use a credit system so that you can study units at your own pace and build these up into qualifications over time.

What is a Level 3 qualification equivalent to :-
A Level 3 qualification is equivalent to A Level. A Level 4 qualification is equivalent to BTEC Professional Diploma level. A Level 5 qualification is equivalent to HND or foundation degree level. A Level 6 qualification is equivalent to Bachelor's Degree level.
