The motion of a particle is represented on the velocity-time graph shown below. The motion is given by the equations:

v = 2t^2 - 3t - 1/3t^3 0 ≤ t ≤ 4
v = 1.5t + c

The particle returns to its starting position at time T.
Find the velocity of the particle at time T.
