I'm not to sure about Indeed, but I think when it says 'viewed' it just means someone has opened and glanced at your application. They will contact you if they need more information or to invite you to interview. Most places don't offer a job without an interview. This means that you probably just have to keep applying to jobs and waiting for responses- sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
If its somewhere that you really want to work for, it never hurts to give them a call and ask them where they are at in their recruitment process, if they've recieved your application and if there is any information that they need that you could clarify right there and then. Good luck!
