Hi, I'm just wondering if covid has affected your social lives as much as it has mine. I'm struggling to come across friends due to covid and most of the societies I'm not really interested in. So I'm wondering if any of you are in the same boat, perhaps we could meet. Literally dying to meet anyone at this rate.

Hello there,

That's great to hear. As a third year history student myself, I am sure that you will enjoy the course. What particular areas of history are you interested in?

I'd highly recommend that you join the History Society in the first couple of weeks, it is a brilliant academic society that focuses on interesting areas of history that often overlooked.

In addition, you could consider joining our Friends for Life programme, which could potentially help you find potential new history students coming to study in October. You can access that here.
