Ensuite or living alone- no matter how much it costs. 
I'm never going back to the student houseshare days of a shared bathroom, kitchen and communal fridge.

I lived with 3 other guys this year with one bathroom so 6 other people sounds really ewww…
Especially if they don’t clean, **** sake.
