Hi all, I applied to study a masters at UCL back in November 2020 but I still haven't received a decision for my application. I have emailed the admissions office several times over the past few months, and was eventually directed to my department's office. They replied immediately when I emailed, asking for my applicant ID. I replied straight away and I have yet to hear from them over 1 month later.

Is anyone else in the same situation, and does anyone have any advice on what I could do? I sent a follow-up email to the department but haven't heard anything yet. At this point (June) I feel it is a little ridiculous that they are unable to even communicate when I can expect to receive a decision.

All you can really do is follow up with more emails. Or move on from the application.
