Tbf , look at how the teacher in charge of the votes is favourimg the candidates. In my sf , me and my friend applied and were the only ones, she later on told the class whilst talking to our teacher that "the teacher in charge" favoured her since yr11 and could have been rigged . But for the yr11 one was fair so just check that. And y not , it wouldnt hurt and adds more to ur personal statement.

The deadline is tomorrow but I'm still not sure. Honestly, most teachers like me- good grades mutual friends with everyone cuz I'm a twin. But me and my twin are applying. I'm not that good at public speaking and am I right in thinking it would lower our chances if both of us applied?

Its like we r livinf the same life, thats exactly what happenes ti me and my twin in yr11. You shpuld stull go for it , i had that mindset too so i definitely get u but i was a bit better at public speaking than my twin and she wasnt but she got the role , also there were really good public speakers with good grades that applied but she got it, so go for it. Teachers wont put u two in the same circle, but as individuals so dont be afraid to apply. Dont miss ur chance.
