Want to feel good and healthy- don't know where to begin?

So recently I've not been taking the best care of myself and I feel cr*p. I feel tired, sluggish and achey most of the time, I'm almost always irritable and fed up, I'm the first to admit I don't eat too well but I look at food and I feel 'ugh'. I've not gained loads of weight but my skin is breaking out and I look bloaty

I basically need to sort myself out but I don't know where to begin!

Pretty much every area of my life needs help- but I feel a bit overwhelmed

If your house happens to have stairs, you may consider walking up and down them for like an hour per day.
