I’ve tried googling but I’m sure people on here will be more realistic in terms of prospects.

I’m asking for my sister btw, she has a first class degree in psychology with counselling

Academia – research and teaching.
Clinical sciences.
Biotechnology and contract research.
Pharmaceutical industry.
Neuropsychology and psychiatry.
Regulatory affairs, policy and research administration.
Academic organisation and administration.

It really depends on her as what sector she wants to go and work in after her pyshology degree.
But if it was myself I think I would perhaps - Neuropsychology and psychiatry. But this is my own option.
They all good prospects but it getting the job is the main thing,
