Hi what sort's of things should I cover throughout the personal statement as I only have work experience in nursery's and haven't done any voluntary work ? x

Since you have not done any voluntary work you could do some baby sitting for friends and family since baby siting links with important skills you need to talk about. This is also good because you can get a reference from your friends and family, and i'm sure they would be inclined towards giving you a brilliant reference. Hope that helps, best of luck!

The main thing is to show that you have an awareness of what being a social worker involves, as it is far from an easy job.
