Yea i just had that paper for my mocks.
The multiple choice aren’t difficult but to do them you need to know the stages of mitosis, DNA polymerase, effect of ethanol of plasma membrane permeability, aesthetic reasoning for saving biodiversity, convergent evolution, proportions of components of the aorta, vectors, abnormal heart activity, spiracle, lungs and muscles contracting, anaphase, sampling, Q10, elements forming protein, monounsaturated, Haemoglobin ( graph question), bonds in quaternary structure, and different forms of variation.

For the actual questions, my paper was a mix between the two 2020 papers, you need to know:
- collagen and fibrous proteins
- chromatography (Rf values)
- potometer
- water pathways
- DNA nucleotides and enzymes involved
- the different kingdoms and cell wall molecules ( it was an odd question )
- Zygotes undergoing mitosis and meiosis
- role of embryonic stem cells ( something about totipotent)
- collect ways to label a drawing after experiment
- TEM and SEM ( different resolutions)
- there’s a passage of information and you need so say the mistakes in it. ( where erythrocytes and neutrophils are made, cell wall of guard cells and where ciliates epithelium is found)
- how erythrocytes and neutrophils, epithelium cells are specialised for their functions
- Golgi apparatus and its function
-autoimmune disease
- Protoctista
- peptide bonds and amino acids and esterification
- agglutination
- vaccination
- reasons for specialised exchanged surfaces
- respiratory system of bony fish and insects ( it was on how its adapted to maximise ventilation)
- Role of cartilage and elastic fibres

I had one of the 2020 papers and it wasn’t until after the exam that I realised everyone else had seen both papers so knew all answers. I found it abi unfair so that’s why i chose to help you. Don’t worry about it though it was simple. GL
