incorrect Anxiety diagnosis

I'm autistic. A paediatrician diagnosed me with anxiety on the basis that when I talk to her, I'm anxious.

Like every other human being on this planet, I occasionally get anxious. Especially when I am in an unfamiliar setting or when I have to talk about something uncomfortable. I struggle with communication and get frustrated when people can't understand me and I am a general fidget. However, I don't have anxiety. My parents used to always say" she is always anxious, she definitely has anxiety" but now they realise, I don't , I'm autistic so I seem weird and my behaviour isn't normal but I'm actually okay.

The issue is I'm quite unwell and after I was given the diagnosis of anxiety I am struggling to get medical care because all the symptoms could be "explained by anxiety"
- fever
-vomiting
-muscle aches
- really fast heart rate and high blood pressure upon standing
-poor circulation
etc...

Can I get the diagnosis removed? how does that work? Every time a letter is written from the consultant to a different service it says.
- nasojejunal feeding
- ASD
-Hypokalemia
- anxiety

and before they even meet me they have decided that they can't help.

yes
she says that I'm even anxious explaining it to her.
I'm not anxious, I'm agitated because she seems to not understand me
