Anyone know where to find information about the relative masses of organelles in a plant cell? Need it for some cell fractionation work but I couldn't find anything online. By relative masses I mean a kind of mass list like heaviest - lightest, e.g. nucleus>chloroplast>mitochondria... etc

Here you go https://www.savemyexams.co.uk/notes/...rifugation-as/

The order of mass of these organelles (from heaviest to lightest) is usually:
Nuclei
Chloroplasts (if carrying out cell fractionation of plant tissue)
Mitochondria
Lysosomes
Endoplasmic reticulum
Ribosomes
