So 21x4x pi x rsquared?

Because the pattern is the same across the whole surface of the sphere and thus the number of phospholipid molecules are calculated by the ratio of the sliced area to the whole surface area of sphere = 21 x (4*pi*r^2/pi*r^2) = 21x4=84
