Sixth Form change 12-13

I would like to know if it is possible to change sixth forms around the end of term after mocks or start in year 13 at a sixth form that I went secondary school. The exam boards are same for Maths (Edexcel) and Chemistry is OCR A to AQA and too Biology is Salters to AQA. Because of difficulties like moving house and more etc, I wouldn't mind doing a gap year, Grammar school change btw.
