Hey Guys;

Just made my lunch for today, Monday and Tuesday. Looking for ideas on what to add. 🙂

Consists of;

Rice
Broccoli
Peas
Red peppers

It lacks protein so maybe you could add some nuts to have as a snack (obviously not to many because they’re high in fat but having some is still good for you). If you allergic to nuts add chicken or if your vege add your favourite meat substitute.

As mentioned above, it's lacking some protein!

Some chicken fried with some asian inspired spices could be nice, or equally some tofu if you're veggie/vegan. Or, some mackerel would go nicely too!

You could also fry all those vegetables over with some spices to add some more flavour if you want to change things up a bit.
