Advice On What To Add To This?Watch
Just made lunch for today, tomorrow and Tuesday. Looking to a healthier diet than the standard sandwich, crisps, drink and chocolate bar!
Lunch is made of rice, broccoli, peas and red peppers.
Also looking to lose a bit of weight too (currently weigh 12 stone, 3 lbs or 77.5kg) and am a 5'7 male in his mid 20s. =)
So, ideally I would like to drop down to around 11.5 stone (72.5kg). I also work in a local hospital as an associate practitioner on 12 hour shifts and as such, exercise is short lived/non existent on working days, especially the next couple of weeks as I'm doing nights.

Why are you having white rice, though? You want to be eating brown, wholemeal and wholegrain when it comes to starches like like rice, pasta and bread.
The other thing to add is variety...
