I'm in year 12 and my end of year exams are next week, I've noticed this pattern with exams that I only revise on weekdays then on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday I get lazy and wake up at like 11 and bingewatch for the rest of the day. It's a really annoying habit I want to break, any tips?

Maybe try to create a habit of writing a to do list after school on the Friday of tasks to complete over the weekend. Also, using a planner helps to ensure that you are having an equal balance in terms of which subjects you're revising, rather than just spontaneously choosing to revise easier content so you can resolve any more challenging areas, as well as balancing when you revise so you don't end up with an unmanageable workload one day while having no0thing to do on another
I always created a master to do list for the week then divided this into smaller daily to do lists in my planner, doing the more difficult tasks or areas that are more challenging at the start of the week so I had the motivation of being able to do easier areas at the end of the week

Hope this helps
