Idk if this is correct but for part a isn't it just that s= log a + t log b. T is the gradient and the gradient is constant???
And for part c, can't you just use your answer to part b and just sub in the values..?

Nearly :-), you'd get
log(s) = log(a) + t log(b)
and the graident is log(b). Quick check, when b=1 the original exponential model is constant and so is the log-linear model when log(b)=0 which is the same thing.
