Hi! What you need is firstly to check which univeristies offer a pphd project you'd be interested in - each univeristy has a unique programme and you'd be working on different things. The first step is to ask yourself which part of chemistry you'd like to work on. Then, consider your grades from your Bachelors and Master's and see which kind of universities could you apply for - golden triangle universities will definitely most likely require the highest possible grades from both your bachelor's and your master's as well as a lot of experience. After picking the univeristies and the courses, you'll be guided through the process as each university has a detailed process described on their website.
