Hello,
I am trying to apply for a maintenance loan and they sent my parents a student finance login account so that they could upload the necessary evidence requested.
My parents have been trying to find me through their account but it keeps saying that the student can not be found. They have tried putting my student reference number and my name but it does not show anything.
Is there a solution to this? or should I just call student finance and let them know? has anyone experienced this before?

Hi Rocio, this usually happens when your application has been approved for the basic funding due to not receiving your parents details for so long.

To resolve this, you can ask your parents to complete the paper form http://ow.ly/d/8pbp and upload it in your online account.

Thank you very much for replying. I have uploaded the document to my account and I am currently waiting for student finance to assess the documents.
