Anyone else struggle sleeping?

I'm not atm but I'm a heavy insomniac. When I was 15, I stayed up for around 60 hours straight. Now at 22, my insomnia has gotten a lot better but I still struggle to sleep sometimes.

Things that help me relieve my insomnia:
- weed
- sleep music

Other things that may help:
- meditation
- asmr
- lavender oil/candles
- exercise
