What does student finance accept as evidence for claiming back DSA expenses

I need to claim back my money for some printer ink that I bought but the company never sent me a invoice, all i have is a order summary. Will this suffice or will it be rejected?

Hi there,

By law the company must give you an invoice if you have made a purchase so it's strange that they didn't do this, please contact the company and request the invoice.

You can also send the claim form with the order summary and bank statement to our DSA team - [email protected] and they will review the documents you have and make a decision.

Thanks, Isaac
