student finance (maintenance loan)

Hello, I hope everyone is well. I have applied for the student finance and I have received a letter which shows that my application was successful and I qualify for the tuition fee loan but nothing about the maintenance loan. I can't seem to find a way and apply for the maintenance loan through my account. How should I contact the student finance and ask for it? In the letter said I qualify as an EU student.
