I have just started a part time job, a place close to me. It has nice people, its easy, up to 12 hours a week. However, it is minimum wage and i dread it every day. I suffer from depression and anxiety and it ruins my whole day remembering i have to go. I get scared, and a few times have had mild dissociation when i go in, and i hate hate hate using the tills as i have no idea what im doing. Im grateful to have a job but its such low pay i feel like im wasting time.

Im planning on staying until i get a new job as it is good experience for my cv but ive only done 2 shifts and training so idk how early to put that experience on my CV.

What is your advice?!

Stick it out. As you get more experienced it will get easier and things likes tills and talking to customers will become second nature to you. Any experience is good experience and when/if something better comes along you will be glad you carried on.
