Can any mature students with young children give an idea on how they are managing with placements etc. I am due to start in Plymouth September and have 4 young children. Feeling a little anxious but hoping it’s all manageable

Hi,

I can understand although when I was in uni I didn’t have children but now I’m thinking of going back and my course will involve placements and I have a baby. I guess it’s trying to stay organised and ensuring that you are budgeting well. But it is manageable I’ve seen single mothers doing nursing and midwifery courses and have been able to get first class in their degrees.
