City University - entry grades

Hi guys,

I had a question regarding the entry grades needed.
I applied for electrical & electronic engineering at CITY and they want BBB.
I was wondering if I can enter by UCAS Points which is on their entry requirements page for engineering because it will be helpful for me as I done 4 A-levels.
The offer they gave me is BBB.
