The best way is to focus on your fitness and set targets to achieve your goals. You can set daily target e.g 45 minutes jog whilst you jog listen to motivational YouTube videos. It will change your mindset and in 2/4 weeks you will realise how much more there is to life.
Break ups happen and hearts are made to be broken my friend. You need to be strong! Best wishes

You need to cry it out. Just give yourself enough time to grieve.

The best way to do that is by spending some time with yourself. Only then will you start having control on yourself and your life. Start loving and caring for yourself
