Changing loan amount

Hi there,

I initially applied for just the tution fee loan for my Teacher Training application. It has been approved today.

However, I have now decided it is best to ask for a Maintenance Loan to help support my and my family's living costs.

I log on to my Student Finance application and all it says is to complete the Maintenance Loan Request Form, Applying for Student Finance Based on your Household Income form, and the Assessment of Financial Circumstances Form, and send the forms to Student Finance postal address.

Is this all I have to do? How will I have a confirmation that Student Finance did indeed recieve it? Will they send me an email saying my application is being reassessed? Also, can I not upload a digital copy of these forms on my Student Finance Application, instead of sending it off via post?
