Yes, being outgoing well help. Just go out there and socialise with people. You'll likely to have a much better social life when you're at uni as well.

It’s been a whole year since that situation and I’ve been less and less of a people pleaser as time had gone past I’ve realised it doesn’t really help you grow as a person rather help those around you (which is great, but in turn you’re left with nothing much lol)

Yeah I definitely agree with the last part but hopefully that won’t be the case from now haha you seem like a nice guy for sure :biggrin:

And yeah man, people pleasing is alright but gosh it gets irritating when it's not appreciated or it backfires!

Wish you luck with it though. They DEFINITELY say that going to uni and meeting a ton of new people helps with gettin a bf. Also it's not likely to be immature high school boys, you will have a whole RANGE of MEN to view now. So go and join some snazzy clubs and get student accom and just go for it. If ur an introvert and not really social don't force yourself to be, you will attract the right men simply by being yourself. And u seem like a really nice lady so just be yourself and you'll have guys in no time :wink:

Haven’t you read the thread? This was not the way I wanted it to go. And no, FYI majority were from strangers not friends or family and yes it was said direct to me to my face.
I know my personality is my best trait not my beauty and am content with myself so what’s your problem? That whole beauty is in the eye of the beholder is also something I truly believe in so what exactly is your point? If you’re not going to say anything helpful then why even reply at all. Unless you enjoy belittling others..
