Yeh property's with mad land are cheaper than houses in England which hardly habve a garden,
Jus that this place is dead
Pay off the little remaining finance on my car. Buy a house - live in it for now/ a good investment for the future. Gift some to family/ friends - I don’t come from a wealthy background so to be able to help those that need it would be reassuring. The majority would probably be saved/ invested.
